aulsen Building and Supply opened for business in Cozad Nebraska after moving from the Blair Nebraska area in 1946.  We started out as a home builder and a hollow block supplier.  Redi-Mix concrete was later added and we have grown into what we are today.

     Paulsen Building and Supply, Inc changed its name to Paulsen Inc. in 1990.  Larry Paulsen is the Corporate President and is the third generation Paulsen to run the company.  Dennis Sandrock is the Corporate Vice-president and Steve Rodhouse is the Secretary/Treasurer.

     Nebraska and Northern Kansas are our main targets for asphalt and concrete paving, building construction, redi-mix and aggrregate supply.  Paulsen Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer and presently employs over 300 people, locally and from around the state.
